Thank you for shopping with us! We accept three modes of payment. 1) PayNow to 98004598 (most preferred) 2) iBanking via fund transfer or ATM to DBS 0720011619 3) PayPal (including credit cards and debit cards) PayPal uses state of art security tools and techniques to ensure that all your credit card information entered is safe, secure and private. Transactions are made in SGD. You do not need to have a PayPal account. There is an option that allows you to directly enter your credit card details. Please note that delivery/shipping of products will only take place after payment has been cleared.

Exchange

For hygiene purpose, items purchased are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. We seek your kind understanding.

Shipping and Delivery

Upon checkout, system will give you a few local delivery options to choose from (cheapest to fastest). For delivery, do ensure that you are around to receive the package. You may also authorise another person to acknowledge receipt on your behalf. We ship internationally via SingPost. Shipping charges will be reflected upon checkout.

Warranty

For all defects covered under the warranty period, kindly contact the respective service centers for assessment and repairs. Remember to produce our receipt for verification.
